 How to get the bulk/ Large Quantity of pancake mix right!

 "If All Else Fail's - Read The Instructions"

 Just make it the number of times needed.
Put half the flour in first - add small amounts of liquid; 
whilst adding the rest of the flour - to a smooth mix.
